A lot of companies do. But ghost pepper vodka would be... one hell of a thrill. A quick search reveals this:

I would suggest the Trinidad Scorpion peppers as well. Neither of wich I could even contemplate trying. I did try some jalapeno wine once...wow it would be great to cook with.

Nope, 100,000 scovilles is just the low end of the habanero level of heat. No where close to the naga jalokia or bhut jalokia peppers. That is probably the same heat as the habanero tabasco sauce.
